Standard

First reply within 24 working hours. From a partner who can scope the work, not a junior triaging the inbox. The reply confirms category fit, asks any clarifying questions, and proposes the shape of the next conversation.

Crisis

Frozen Stripe, takedown notice, registrar transfer dispute, Meta ban, deliverability collapse &mdash; flag at the top of the message. Reply within 4 working hours; weekend coverage on crisis only.

Referral

If you were referred, mention who. Referred briefs jump intake but do not jump scope. The work still has to be the kind we do.

Cold pitch

We do not respond to cold pitches for our own services or to vendor outreach. Do not waste your sequence.
