    Eligibility assessment

    Whether your category actually warrants cloaking. For some categories it does. For most, the cost-benefit doesn&rsquo;t work and we recommend against it.

    Disposable infrastructure

    Ad-side domains, hosting, and creative isolated from your real operation. When a property bans, it bans — and nothing else does.

    Filter logic

    Bot detection, geo and device filtering, referrer-based routing. The review traffic sees the compliant page; the buyer traffic sees the conversion page.

    Rotation cycle

    Properties are expected to ban. We rotate creative, domains, and hosting on a documented schedule before the algorithmic flags compound.

01 Is this legal?

Cloaking violates the ToS of most ad platforms. It doesn’t generally violate any law — it’s a platform-policy issue, not a regulatory one. The cost of being caught is account loss, not legal exposure. We document the trade-offs before we deploy.

02 Why not cloak on my main site?

Because the algorithmic flags Google and Meta build up against the domain are the entire problem. Cloaking on a disposable asset burns the asset. Cloaking on your main site burns the SEO surface and the merchant account both.

03 Can you run cloaked campaigns at scale?

For some operators in some categories, yes. The economics work when CPCs are low enough and conversion-to-revenue is high enough that the cost of constant property rotation is absorbed in the margin. We model that before we engage — and we walk away when it doesn’t.
