Digital marketing audit.
A three-week paid audit of your existing marketing stack — SEO, paid, content, email, SMS, payments, tech infrastructure, reporting. Identifies the gaps, the broken assumptions, the deliverability damage, the wasted spend, and the highest-leverage corrections. Most engagements begin here regardless of mode.

Discovery week
Access granted to your dashboards, accounts, analytics. We map the current state across every channel. Most operators learn things about their stack they didn’t know.
- 02
Diagnostic week
Each channel diagnosed individually. SEO: rankings, technical health, backlink profile. Paid: account health, audience structure, creative library. Email: deliverability, lifecycle coverage. Payments: processor sentiment, chargeback ratio. Tech: recovery posture, backups, monitoring.
- 03
Roadmap week
Priorities established, effort and impact estimated, documented in a roadmap your team can execute against or that we can execute against under retainer.

Walkthrough
Live session walking through the roadmap. Questions, pushback, refinement.
01 What does the audit cost?
Fixed fee, scoped to operator size. Typical range: $8,000–$25,000 for the three-week engagement. We quote per engagement after a discovery call.
02 Do I have to retain you after the audit?
No. The audit deliverable is yours — the roadmap, the diagnostic, the priority list. You can take it in-house, hand it to another agency, or retain us to execute. Roughly 70% of audit clients retain; 30% take it elsewhere.
03 Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, mutual NDA standard. We don’t name clients, we don’t reuse competitive intel across engagements, we don’t share account access outside of the team working on the engagement.
