Compliance content.
Compliance content matters in categories where claim language drives enforcement — supplements, peptides, online pharmacies, financial services. The mainstream play (vague hedging that buries the conversion) doesn’t work in restricted markets. Tight, accurate, structure-function-aware copy converts and clears review at the same time.

Claim audit
Existing claims reviewed against FDA Warning Letter precedent, FTC enforcement actions, and category-specific case law. Identifies the riskiest copy first.
- 02
Substantiation review
Claims you can support with study evidence stay (sharpened). Claims you can’t support get reworked into permissible structure-function or comparative framing.
- 03
Copy rebuild
PDPs, ad copy, email copy, landing pages rewritten to clear review without softening the conversion message into corporate mush.
- 04
Counsel review
Final copy delivered with a substantiation file your counsel can sign off on in hours, not weeks.
01 Can I claim my supplement “treats” something?
No — “treats”, “cures”, “prevents” are drug claims and require FDA approval. Structure-function claims (“supports immune function”, “helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels”) are permitted with substantiation. The difference is large in revenue impact when you write it well.
02 Does this slow down content production?
A bit. Compliance-aware writing adds 10–20% to drafting time. The trade-off: zero Warning Letters, zero FTC enforcement actions, zero ad-account terminations triggered by claim language.
03 Will you work with my existing counsel?
Yes, and we prefer it. We’re not your counsel — we provide infrastructure your counsel can sign off on. We build the substantiation files, organise the claim audit, and translate counsel feedback into copy without losing conversion.
