Content audit
Map your existing content against the audience's research path: from "what is anavar" to "anavar vs winstrol" to "buy anavar online". Identify the gaps where competitor sources own the SERP and the buyer arrives elsewhere.
- 02
Topic and keyword map
Per-compound education content (mechanism, dosing, side-effects, half-life), comparison content (Tren vs Test, Anavar vs Winstrol), cycle-construction content (beginner cycle, advanced bulk, lean cut), and PCT content. Mapped to ranking opportunity and buyer-funnel position.
- 03
PDP rewrites
Per-compound product page copy: dose ranges, cycle context, comparison framing, expected results, side-effect frankness. Detail-driven for the experienced lifter without alienating the first-time buyer.
- 04
Long-form authority
Cycle-planning guides, stack architecture, harm-reduction content, blood-work interpretation. Long-form (2,500+ words), sourced where possible, written by team members with category fluency.
- 05
Parasite content
Reddit, Quora, Medium, and Substack content that ranks where own-domain ranking is throttled. r/steroids-rules-aware educational content; Quora answers from coach-bylined accounts; Medium long-form on adjacent topics.
- 06
Editorial calendar
Weekly publishing cadence: 1-2 PDPs, 1 long-form authority piece, 2-3 parasite content placements. Quarterly content reviews with refresh schedule for evergreen pieces.
- 07
Performance optimisation
Monthly content-performance reviews: rankings, organic traffic per piece, conversion-from-content. Underperforming pieces refreshed or repurposed; outperforming pieces expanded into content clusters.

| Coach-bylined educational content | Yes | Real bodybuilding coaches as bylines. Authority signal that mainstream agencies cannot generate. |
| Reddit & Quora parasite content | Yes | Ranks on platforms Google trusts. Calibrated to subreddit/topic culture. |
| FAQ rich-snippet content | Yes | Schema-marked FAQ sections that capture featured-snippet positions on info queries. |
| AI-generated content as primary draft | No | Detected by Google in this category. Used selectively for outline scaffolding only; final copy is human-written. |

01Who actually writes the content?
Our in-house team. Members are category-fluent — current or former competitive lifters, exercise-science backgrounds, or long-term retail-side experience. We do not outsource to general-purpose copywriting agencies.
02Do you use AI?
For outline scaffolding and brief generation, occasionally. Final copy is human-written. AI-generated content is detected by Google in this category and burns the domain. We do not use it as a primary draft tool.
03How much content per month?
Standard retainer cadence is 4-6 pieces per week across PDP, long-form, and parasite. Roughly 16-24 pieces per month. The split tilts based on what your funnel actually needs at that moment.
04Can you write content that won't flag the FDA Warning Letter database?
For anabolic steroids the FDA Warning Letter risk is structural (the products themselves), not content-based. We write claim language that does not invite FTC enforcement specifically — substantiation-aware, comparison-framed, dose-aware. Cannot promise zero risk; can promise much lower risk surface than mainstream agency output.
05How long until content starts ranking?
Reddit and Quora parasite content can rank in days. Long-form authority content typically ranks in 60-120 days. PDP improvements show conversion lift in 30-60 days; ranking lift in 90-180 days as the broader content cluster compounds.
