Email.
Email marketing for restricted-market operators is mostly about deliverability. Most senders we take over are running at 40–60% inbox rates without knowing it — the rest of the volume is going to Gmail Promotions, Yahoo bulk, or outright blocked. We rebuild the sender architecture, calibrate the content, and stop the revenue leak.

Deliverability audit
Current inbox rate, sender reputation, domain reputation, IP reputation, list health. Most operators discover their actual inbox rate for the first time here.
- 02
Architecture rebuild
Separate marketing and transactional domains, dedicated IPs where volume justifies them, SPF/DKIM/DMARC reconfigured. Warmed properly before re-sending.
- 03
Content compliance
Banned-word, banned-phrase, banned-image audit calibrated to category. Subject-line testing, preheader tuning, link-shortener policy review.
- 04
Lifecycle and segmentation
Welcome flow, abandoned-cart, post-purchase, win-back, lapsed-customer. Segments built against your actual customer data, not generic ecom templates.
01 Will Klaviyo / Mailchimp / Postmark let me send for my category?
Klaviyo: bans cannabis, adult, peptides, some supplements. Mailchimp: same plus harm-reduction. Postmark: transactional only. We migrate to platforms that accept the category (SendGrid with category sign-off, Brevo, self-hosted Postal) and configure them to survive.
02 How long until inbox rates recover?
After architecture rebuild: 2–6 weeks for new domains to warm, 8–12 weeks for a damaged domain to fully recover reputation. Most operators see meaningful lift within 30 days of the rebuild.
03 Can you handle compliance (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)?
Yes — opt-in confirmation, double opt-in where required, suppression list management, unsubscribe handling, geographic content tailoring. Compliance is part of the deliverability work, not a separate add-on.
