SMS (US, Canada, EU).
SMS marketing programmes routed through carrier-tolerant aggregators, registered for 10DLC and toll-free where applicable, calibrated per category-and-region tolerance. Cannabis SMS routes differently from supplement SMS routes differently from adult SMS. We route each correctly.

Carrier registration
10DLC application or toll-free verification with content samples that clear underwriting. Most restricted categories require manual review — we package the application to clear it.
- 02
Aggregator selection
Twilio, Plivo, Bandwidth, Burst, MessageBird — different aggregators tolerate different categories. We route through whichever one your category actually clears.
- 03
Opt-in flow
Compliant double opt-in capture, suppression-list management, jurisdiction-aware consent recording. Survives carrier audits and TCPA litigation.
- 04
Content and automation
Campaign templates, lifecycle triggers, segmentation. Per-jurisdiction quiet hours and rate limits.
01 Can I do SMS for cannabis / adult / peptides?
US 10DLC: cannabis, adult, and peptides all reject. Toll-free verified: some yes (CBD with COA routinely), most no. International routes: most yes. Most restricted-category operators run SMS through alternative aggregators or use messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram) instead of SMS in the US.
02 What does a registered short code cost?
Dedicated short code: $1,000–1,500/month plus setup. Shared short codes: cheap but increasingly carrier-restricted. 10DLC: $5–20/month per number plus per-message fees.
03 Will my opt-in survive a TCPA lawsuit?
If we built it, yes — we follow the most aggressive interpretation of TCPA (double opt-in, clear consent language, recorded timestamp, easy unsubscribe). The compliance bar for restricted categories is higher than mainstream, and we build above it.
