01 Will Stripe approve my CBD store?
Usually yes — if you have COAs from accredited labs, your site copy doesn’t make health claims that violate FDA, and the descriptor naming is clean. We’ve had ~85% approval rate on engineered CBD applications.
02 What if Stripe freezes me after approval?
Standard process. We migrate to the pre-placed backup processor inside 21 days, document the freeze for any future application, and dispute the reserve through Stripe’s proper channels (which has a small but non-zero success rate).
03 What categories should I not bother trying Stripe with?
Anabolic steroids, RC, prescription pharmacy, MDMA, LSD, ketamine (outside clinical), and most kratom. Stripe will not approve these under any framing and trying burns 3–6 weeks of application time we’d rather spend on alternatives that work.
